Job description

We're Hiring : Account Manager

Location : Dehradun (Onsite)

Experience : 1–3 years (0–1 year applicants with strong skills will also be considered)

Education : MBA, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc preferred

About the Role

DigiStay is looking for an Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with hotel partners. This role involves coordination, partner communication, training, and operational oversight to ensure partner success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with assigned hotel partners
  • Conduct product training sessions for partner teams
  • Support day-to-day operational needs and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Track partner performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • High ownership and coordination ability
  • Problem-solving approach with structured follow-up
  • Experience with PMS / Channel Manager systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work onsite in Dehradun
