▷ (Immediate Start) Middleware Support Admin

Key Responsibilities & Expectations :

• 2 year of exp in IBM App Connect Enterprise OR IBM Integration Bus OR IBM MQ OR any messaging platform
• 1 year experience with Unix OR Linux systems
• Good exp in middleware admin & support
• Provide operational support for IBM ACE (Message Broker) OR any MQ in production and pre-production environments.
• Perform deployments, configuration updates, service restarts, and TLS certificate renewals.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and restore services.
• Execute preventive maintenance (patching, recovery testing, lifecycle upgrades).
• Follow ITIL processes – incident, problem, and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, application).
• Automate processes using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and UrbanCode Deploy
