Role Overview :

You will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to help evaluate employee productivity and performance across teams. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. The MIS Executive will work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure timely performance reporting, accuracy in data records, and transparency in employee evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly employee performance reports using tools such as DeskTrack, CRM, and internal databases.
  • Track productivity metrics and flag deviations or irregularities in employee performance data.
  • Coordinate with department heads to collect, verify, and validate performance data.
  • Generate analytical reports and dashboards highlighting performance trends, attendance, and key KPIs.
  • 2. Data Management & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee performance records.
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support HR in preparing reports for appraisals, reviews, and performance discussions.
  • 3. Process Coordination

  • Assist HR and Managers in executing performance review cycles and monthly evaluation processes.
  • Follow up with employees and team leads to ensure timely data submission and compliance.
  • Share weekly summaries and performance highlights with management.
  • 4. System & Tool Management

  • Ensure all tracking tools (CRM, DeskTrack, etc.) are functioning efficiently and data is synced properly.
  • Collaborate with the IT / Tech team to troubleshoot issues and recommend process automation or improvements.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS and / or Data Analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting / dashboard tools.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
