As a Lift Supervisor , you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all lifting operations at engineering and construction project sites. This role strictly requires prior experience in the engineering and construction industry , with hands-on exposure to heavy lifting activities, crane operations, and site safety compliance.

About Your Team

Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager , you will work closely with site operations, safety, commercial teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics administration and compliance across all activities.

Your Role

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations at construction sites.
• Prepare and review lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and site teams.
• Inspect lifting equipment, gear, and accessories before use.
• Ensure lifting equipment certifications are valid and up to date.
• Stop unsafe lifting operations and report incidents or near misses.
• Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to lifting teams.
