FULL TIME : Final year students from Undergraduate, Diploma, or Post Graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

Driving sales within the retail environment

Overseeing and strengthening how the company interacts with its clientele

Proactive Stock Handling and Effective Stock Merchandising

Utilizing principles and best practices of visual merchandising

Analysing and interpreting customer purchasing behaviour

Giving prompt feedback and responses to customers

Providing stock-related updates and reports to store management

This role is stationed at the retail outlet, and the Store Manager will be the reporting authority.

Eligibility :

We hire people from diverse fields, including Fashion, Management, Arts, Mass Communication,

Hospitality, and Retail.

Great communication skills

Salary Bracket :

FC- 23k in-hand / Monthly + Performance Incentives+ Uniform Allowance & Grooming Allowance

CTC- 3-3.5 LPA
