Performance Marketing Specialist – Bangalore (Full-Time, In-Office)

Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore 🕒 Experience : 1–3 Years

We’re Faihai, a growing marketing agency built by brand-side folks who’ve scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses. We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.

What You’ll Do :

  • Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end, from setup to scaling.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).
  • Build and manage performance reports in Excel / Sheets.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.

You’re Right for This Role If :

  • You’ve spent 1–3 years running Meta + Google Ads with strong results to show.
  • You're comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.
  • You know your way around ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, and attribution.
  • Bonus : Experience in fashion / apparel D2C brands.
  • You're based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).
