Job Role : Payroll & Accounts Executive

Experience : 1-5 Years

Location : Chennai

Job Summary :

To manage and process payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies, while delivering accurate and timely payroll services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple international employees (APAC,MEA,EU,LATAM,AFRICA)
• Ensure compliance with local tax and social security regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
• Prepare payroll journals and coordinate with Finance for accounting and reporting.
• Handle queries from employees regarding payroll, taxation, and payslips.
• Coordinate with banks for payments and reconcile financial transactions.
• Support audit requirements by preparing necessary reports.
