Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Tender Coordinator located in Faridabad. The Junior Tender Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the tendering process, which includes reviewing tender documents, preparing and submitting tenders, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to gather the necessary information, communicating with clients, and keeping track of tender deadlines and statuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender coordination and bid preparation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to understand and interpret complex tender documents
• Team player with interpersonal skills
• Experience in the security technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
