Xactly Developer

Role - Contractual

Shift timing – 3 PM to 12 PM

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Build and support data integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and HR systems.
  • Develop calculation rules, crediting logic, workflows, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot data / calculation issues and support compensation cycles.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to deliver accurate payouts.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years with Xactly Incent / Connect.
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation processes.
  • Hands-on with SQL, APIs, ETL, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical / debugging skills and communication.
  • Xactly Certification preferred.
