Job Title : Team Lead

Job Purpose : The 24x7 IT Infrastructure Monitoring Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of critical IT systems ensuring high availability performance and security across infrastructure components. This role demands strong leadership technical expertise and operational discipline to manage a team of monitoring analysts working in rotational shifts.

Experience : 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring (Such as HPE OpsRamp SolarWinds Manage Engine etc.) with at least 2 years in a Team lead role
