A day in the life of an Associate Creative Director Copy

• Leading the development of social-first content across formats like Reels / Shorts, carousels, long-form videos, short-form videos, live videos, etc.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn briefs into sharp, strategic, and culturally-relevant ideas.
• Crafting visually compelling decks supported by strong insights, references, and mood boards that sell the creative vision.
• Overseeing execution across design, production, and post to ensure the final content aligns with the creative intent and brand voice.
• Collaborating with junior creatives with clear, constructive feedback to help sharpen their thinking and elevate the overall quality of work.
• Staying tuned into internet culture, emerging creators, platform shifts, and content trends to inspire new formats and ideas.
• Ensuring that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with our clients' brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with the internal team.
• Foster a collaborative, creative and positive work environment.
