Visionary Experience Designer

We're seeking an experienced professional to shape the future of player experiences at Jacks Club. Our vision is to create seamless flows that convert, engaging features that captivate, and unforgettable experiences that keep players coming back.

This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and a user-centric approach to designing complex crypto / casino concepts into simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user flows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design the player journey across web and mobile (onboarding, deposits, gameplay, retention loops).
• Translate complex concepts into simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user flows.
• Conduct research and A / B tests to identify friction points and improve conversion.
• Design new features (games, loyalty system, promotions) with data-driven UX decisions.
• Maintain a scalable design system and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers for seamless implementation.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on industry best practices in gaming and entertainment.
