Job descriptionAssist the BIM Manager with any type of Civil 3d Project. Having knowledge in Landscape, Dry & Wet utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation. Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects. Knowledge about Submittals & Civil 3d Workflow. Knowledge of preparing, Shop drawings (Coordinated) & as-built drawings. Preparation of earthwork grading, cut & fill analysis with cross sections, and earthwork quantity take-off. Preparation of detailed plans, Profile for all Types of Pipe networks & Manholes as per IFC Drawings or provided inputs. Required capability for coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work). Capable in Clash-Detection / Collaboration & Resolution with the Design team / Client. Assist in Estimation. Team managing Capability. Managing BIM Construction Process – throughout the DD stage to the As-Built Stage. Knowledge in iPad Integration / AM data exchange / Cobie data generation. Actively solve the problems. Capable of meeting timelines and working under pressure. Open to taking new challenges. Good interpersonal relations. Immediate requirement Location : Mangalore

Experience : 7 to 8 yrs

Communication : High level of communication and good writing skills in English.
Software Skill :
- Civil 3D, Subassembly composer & Part-Builder.
- AutoCAD – for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
- Design Review – for collaboration with professional staff.
- Coordination with Navis Work Manage – Clash detection & Resolution.
