Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, robust, and secure product solutions in the healthcare domain.
- Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and performance standards.
- Lead architecture discussions and make high-level design choices to support future scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, QA, DevOps) to define technical roadmaps and drive product strategy.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure architecture on AWS to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
- Review and guide the development process to ensure quality and architectural integrity.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial to the product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for coding, architecture documentation, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1215 years of total IT experience, with at least 35 years in a Product Architect role.Strong expertise in .NET technologies with deep understanding of architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, layered architecture).Proven hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).Proficiency in Angular for frontend application architecture and design.Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.Solid understanding of healthcare domain workflows, systems, and standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design for scalability, security, and high performance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?
