Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable, robust, and secure product solutions in the healthcare domain.
• Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and performance standards.
• Lead architecture discussions and make high-level design choices to support future scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, QA, DevOps) to define technical roadmaps and drive product strategy.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure architecture on AWS to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
• Review and guide the development process to ensure quality and architectural integrity.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial to the product roadmap.
• Establish best practices for coding, architecture documentation, and performance optimization.
