Role Overview

As a

Commercial Portfolio Senior Associate , you will shape the future of commercial real estate by managing client portfolios, analyzing investments, and driving asset performance. This role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder communication, and a passion for real estate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow commercial real estate portfolios.

Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial analysis.

Prepare investment reports, risk assessments & performance reviews.

Collaborate with internal teams & clients for strategic decision-making.

Monitor lease agreements, occupancy & portfolio performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.

3+ years in Commercial Real Estate / Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory.

Strong financial modelling & analytical skills.

Proficiency in Excel, real estate tools, and market analysis.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of CRE analytics & asset management.

Strong communication & client relationship capability.

Detail-oriented with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
