Fam is Indias first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new financially aware generation and drive 250 million youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

As our Head of Talent Acquisition youll lead Fams hiring efforts end to end shaping how we attract engage and hire top talent across teams. Youll work closely with founders and leaders to build scalable hiring systems nurture our talent brand and ensure every new hire adds to the energy ambition and culture that makes Fam what it is.

On the Job

• Own the talent acquisition strategy for all teams from planning to execution.
• Drive proactive sourcing by leveraging networks communities and creative outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Implement scalable hiring processes from candidate experience to assessment frameworks and metrics.
• Ensure speed and quality by balancing rapid hiring with high standards for talent and culture fit.
• Leverage data and insights to track hiring performance optimize funnels and make informed decisions.
• Partner with leads to define hiring plans org design and talent needs in line with company growth objectives.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for tech and product talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech product legal finance and business teams to ensure smooth workforce planning and onboarding.
