Your Job

As a Senior Reporting Analyst , you will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. This role involves independently managing reporting activities for a division or business unit and collaborating with key business leaders to understand their requirements and provide actionable insights.

You'll be part of a highly collaborative and driven Reporting & Analytics Finance team supporting Koch's global operations. As an ideal candidate, you'll bring strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and data visualization, along with a passion for analytical problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do

• Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis (Standard vs Actual) and identify financial trends and anomalies.
• Prepare insightful commentaries and conduct income statement analysis to explain business performance.
• Collaborate with business finance leads to identify and drive operational and financial improvements.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide data structure understanding and functional support for business analytics.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of financial reporting and analysis.
