Role : Sales Champion @ Avtar – Chennai | Mumbai | Pune | Delhi-NCR | Kolkata

(Realistic CTC : ₹5–8 LPA + incentives)

You will sell Workplace culture solutions, DEI workshops, second-career hiring, and India’s most respected BCWI certification to CXOs.

We pay modest fixed salaries because every extra rupee goes into reaching one more woman waiting in Tier-2 / 3 India.

If your priority is a 50% jump in fixed pay, please do not apply, we respect your choice and wish you the very best!

We WANT you if

• You have closed ₹1–2 Cr deals with CHROs or CEOs
• Your English is flawless and your conviction is louder than your CTC
• You have goosebumps reading “100,000 women restarted careers because of us”
• You treat incentives + front-row seat to a 500,000-women legacy as the real paycheck
