About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Architect

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills, with the ability to design, plan, and execute architectural projects that align with our company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and design architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models.

Work on residential / commercial projects from concept to completion.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.

Prepare working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

Review and adapt designs based on client and site feedback.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.

2–5 years of professional experience in architecture and design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

Creative thinking with excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
