Handle end-to-end hiring: intake, JD creation, sourcing, screening, qualifications, interviews. Target-driven, ATS-savvy, experienced in managing candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics and manage daily interaction with onsite teams. Recruitment across US and nearshore markets.
