Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Dialysis Technician, based in Coimbatore. The Senior Dialysis Technician will be responsible for preparing and operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during the procedure, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining treatment records. Additional responsibilities include educating patients about the dialysis process, collaborating with medical staff, and assisting in troubleshooting technical issues related to dialysis systems.

Qualifications

Diploma / B SC Dialysis Technology

• Skills in operating and maintaining dialysis equipment, as well as troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of patient monitoring and record maintenance during dialysis procedures
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in a healthcare environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals
• Ability to provide patient education and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Relevant certifications or training in dialysis technology or nursing
• Prior experience in dialysis or nephrology care is a plus
