Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Sales Administrator (Offshore) to support our Sales and Sales Operations teams with data entry, CRM updates, reporting, quote processing, and workflow automation . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while aligning with our North American teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Create, edit, and track quotes, proposals, and order forms in CPQ based on direction from Inside or Field Sales teams.
  • Assist with renewal tracking and contract lifecycle management.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline summaries, and activity dashboards for leadership.
  • Support campaign execution by cleaning and segmenting prospect / customer data lists.
  • Monitor and manage shared sales inboxes for lead routing, meeting scheduling, or customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process automation and assist in implementation (e.g., workflows, templates).
  • Collaborate with IT or RevOps to document and improve sales tech stack usage and workflows.
  • Work within North American time zone overlaps (e.g., 6 : 00 am – 2 : 00 pm EST preferred).

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, CRM operations, or a similar support role for North American or European clients.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SalesLoft, or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with quoting tools, DocuSign, or CPQ platforms is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience with task management or collaboration tools (MS Teams).
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting an MSP, IT services company, or technology reseller.
  • Exposure to workflow tools (Zapier, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Ability to document SOPs and create playbooks for repetitive tasks.
