Sailpoint Architect - World’s leading Insurance Organization

Spectral Consultants is hiring a Sailpoint Architect role for one of the world’s leading Insurance and Financial Services Organization.

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring best practices in CI / CD using Git, Jenkins, Drone, Terraform, and CloudFormation.

Architect scalable and secure deployment frameworks with robust source code management practices.

Manage and optimize databases ( Oracle, SQL, Sybase ), application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.

Work with Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for feature, epic, and story creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Drive technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring knowledge sharing and team upskilling .

Document and communicate business requirements in clear, business-friendly language.

Track and address Archer findings for users with greater-than-read access in the application.

Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, integration, deployment, and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.

In-depth knowledge of : SailPoint IIQ , Report generation , Enterprise Directories ( Active Directory / LDAP )

Exposure to SharePoint and intermediate MS Office proficiency.
