Job Description
The Role :
Silicon Labs is seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Analyst to support and manage functions in SAP Transactional system. You will work in collaboration with Managed Services - SAP functional and technical team, SAP lead, business owners and other technology teams in support of end-to-end business processes. Using both technical and process expertise, you will provide application support and resolve functional system issues. You will perform analysis to identify enhancements aimed at reducing support issues and work with the development team to implement Projects and enhancements.

Strong exposure to SAP FICO processes and solid business acumen, with experience collaborating across diverse cross-functional teams. Contributed to a positive and engaging work environment, supported by excellent team collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business, SME's, managed services - SAP Functional and the development team.
Configure, implement, and support SAP FI modules Like General Ledger, Payable Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, E-Invoicing.
Manage Concur Modules access for Expense.
Experience in BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) module.
Lead projects and Enhancements in FI , AP and Concur Functional areas.
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and new rollouts.
Experience in leading the SAP Functional Teams.
Troubleshoot finance postings, expense processing, and reporting issues.
Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate system configuration
Experience in SAP Finance systems and integration.
Comply with written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls.
Skills you’ll need :
Strong & detailed understanding and hands-on experience 2+ SAP modules.
Good understanding of Cross functional SAP modules and integrations within SAP
Prioritizing and managing the projects with SAP Functional and technical team.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in different locations.
Self-motivated to keep knowledge and skills in line with latest product features and best practices
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
Excellent communication skills
Experience with variety of software productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO and Concur applications
Proven experience in at least one or two full life cycle SAP Finance project implementations
Qualifications Considered a Plus
Experience in SAP S4 Hana
Experience working at a semiconductor company
SAP Certification in any functional module
Knowledge on Integrating AI with SAP
