Responsibilities :
Content Development for ads :
- Create compelling and innovative narratives for ad-campaigns across digital media that connect our brand to customers.
- Understand health and science based insights and present in a way that is engaging and interesting on digital media.
- Delivering scripts that appeal for video ad-campaigns that appeal to our customers & stakeholders, and boost conversions.
- Understand performance and ROI metrics and continuously work to optimize based on audience insights.
Video Production & Execution :
Lead the full production lifecycle : ideation, scripting, filming, working with editors, and publishing. Specifically, own the delivery of the entire video creative.Maintain a strong visual and narrative identity for the brand across platforms.Ability to experiment fast on user response on the content to continuously improve the ad library.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Marketing Analyst, Creative, and Design teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.Work with video editors, freelancers, and other department production 5-8 years of experience in digital content production, including research, scripting, working with editors and final delivery of the digital media content.Strong expertise in storytelling, scripting, and understanding of shooting, and editing.Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience growth strategiesincluding concepts like CTR, video Hooks, CAC etc.Experience in producing content across formatseducational but engaging that deliver high ROI for ad-spend.Ability to iterate fast and creativity to transform complex ideas into engaging visual stories.Nice to Have :
Prior experience working in the health+science field.Prior experience with consumer brands or in the D2C / beauty / wellness space.Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.On-camera experience or ability to direct on-screen talent(ref : iimjobs.com)
