This internship is designed for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to learn how business growth, communication and outreach work inside a B2B SaaS startup.

Role Overview

As a Growth & Outreach Intern (B2B), you will play a key role in helping Uniify reach HR leaders across India, UAE and the US.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy connecting with people, love writing clear messages and want to learn how fast-growing startups build business conversations from scratch. You’ll be working directly with our founders and sales team to create high-quality outreach, identify the right companies and spark conversations that convert into demo meetings.

If you’re someone who communicates well, enjoys networking and wants real exposure to B2B growth… this is the right launchpad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential companies and decision makers
  • Build and organise lead lists for different markets
  • Draft personalised messages for LinkedIn and email
  • Assist in running outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Engage with prospects to book demo calls
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Support small branding and communication tasks when needed

Who Can Apply

  • Final-year business students or fresh graduates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable starting conversations with new people
  • Active on LinkedIn or willing to learn it as a professional tool
  • Good research and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and ownership mindset
  • Candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted first.
