Hiring : Head of Content & Brand Building for IT Staffing Company

Timings : 10am–7pm | 5 Days | Remote

We're looking for a hands-on content leader who can build a content function from scratch — setting the strategy, creating high-quality content, and shaping the brand narrative from day one.

You Will

• Own content + brand strategy
• Write founder stories, customer insights, long-form pieces, social content, scripts
• Build our brand voice, positioning, and narrative
• Turn founder / customer conversations into sharp, insight-led content
• Run initiatives that build trust & credibility
• Set up scalable content processes
• Manage freelancers / future hires

You Must Have

6+ years in a B2B startup / product company (mandatory)

Marketing graduate

Strong writing & storytelling skills

Ability to lead and execute

Experience speaking with founders / CXOs / customers

Handled brand campaigns

Ability to simplify complex ideas
