Job descriptionBachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or Safety Management. Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Effective communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory guidelines, and client requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to minimize hazards.
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation as per statutory and client requirements.
- Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preparation of corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety management systems and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills :
Exp : 5 to 10 Yrs
CTC : Upto 12 LPA
