Reflections Info Systems - Delivery Manager

We are looking for 15+ years seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving technical excellence.

Job Location : Cochin / Trivandrum (Hybrid Mode).

Experience : 15-24 year.

Primary 15 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including hands-on development and leadership responsibilities.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects with diverse teams.
• Manage P&L for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Plan and manage team ramp-ups and ramp-downs using a mix of pyramid planning, external hiring, and internal sourcing.
• Drive account management activities including financial tracking, invoice collection, margin improvements, and resource planning.
• Build strong client relationships through regular interactions, QBRs, and on-site visits.
• Support account mining by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and influencing stakeholders to grow the business.

Technical Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps.

Project Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.

Leadership and Excellent team leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities include :

Project Delivery Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects.

Team Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Stakeholder Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Technical Collaborate with architects and engineers to define technical solutions.

Process Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools.

Risk and Issue Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
