Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to enhance our corporate and MICE presence, particularly in and around Mumbai, and drive revenue growth.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Corporate Sales at our Mumbai office with work travels in and around Mumbai and Gujarat. The Senior Executive Corporate Sales will be responsible for developing new corporate accounts, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
The candidate will not only perform the sales duties for The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort, Gujarat but for our other group of properties including Ushaascot, Matheran (part of BEHL).
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research and Lead Generation :
- Identify and research potential corporate clients and MICE opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and visits.Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.Act as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.Strategic Planning and Coordination :
Collaborate with the Front Office Managers (FOMs), General Managers (GMs), and the broader sales team of the respective properties to strategize and implement sales initiatives.Develop and execute tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.Revenue Generation :
Proactively convert leads into bookings for corporate events, conferences, and retreats.Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.Operational Support :
Coordinate with property teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.Discuss and help improve marketing effort, making sure they align with sales strategies.Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings and tailor services to client needs.Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the management team.Analyze sales metrics to identify growth areas and implement improvements.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in hospitality sales.Strong understanding of the corporate and MICE markets in Mumbai and surrounding regions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Willingness to travel frequently.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goalsWhat We Offer :
