Role Description

This full-time, on-site Human Resource intern role is based in Surat. The day-to-day tasks include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support the overall HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR Policies and implementing them
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and their administration
• Personnel Management and related tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
