About the Job

  • EE engineer team leader of electronics projects, hiring , training , and leading Engineer team to achieve project goal
  • Lead Eng. Team to perform failure analysis, testing and functional validation for electronics Products and sort out high quality reports.
  • Attent meeting , work with cross function teams for failure analysis, debug and DoE, as well as interactions with customers and vendors.
  • Training Eng team to develop understanding for product design through schematics and datasheets.
  • Offline DOE station overlay development and stations setup / maintain
  • Lead Eng. Team to perform Yield improvement, track root cause and correction action of failures.
  • Lead Eng. Team to Compilation guidance document and support for Mass production. Test

Knowledge & Skill Requirement :

  • Strong basic knowledge of electronics, consumer electronics and power supply, and a good understanding of  electronics  products.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in general EE equipment, including oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, power analyzer, etc.
  • Deep understanding and experience in I2C, SPI, SPMI, UART, USB and other protocols.
  • Have the debug and test experience in some of the following areas : CPU / SOC, power(DC-DC converters, battery, power management, low power design), analog circuits, audio / camera / display / wireless / sensor.
  • Good communication skills in English and preferably in Chinese.

    • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Excellent FA capability to deal with complex issues
  • Experience with some advanced equipment including TDR,LiT, EDS / SEM etc.
  • Firmware, programming and Python skills
  • Experience in electronic hardware related design is a plus.
  • Engineer team management experience is a plus.
