Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Key duties include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with labor regulations, managing training and development programs, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance
• Experience in designing and managing training and development programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR management tools and software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

advanced certifications(e.G., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
