Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) in History at Delhi Public School, Gaya. The History Teacher will be responsible for teaching American History and other related subjects to senior students, preparing lesson plans and educational materials, conducting assessments and evaluations, and providing academic support and counselling. The History Teacher will also engage in research to enhance the curriculum and participate in school events and training sessions. This role requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure a cohesive academic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of American History and related subjects
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Experience in research and education
• Ability to develop and conduct training sessions
• Master's degree in History or related field
• Prior teaching experience at the senior school level
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment
