Job Description :

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
  • Configure and manage CISCO routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CISCO VOIP systems, including CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), Unity Connection, and related technologies.
  • Configure and manage VOIP endpoints, gateways, and call routing.
  • Troubleshoot VOIP issues and ensure high-quality voice communication.
  • Implement and maintain VOIP security best practices.
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups (NSGs).
  • Configure and manage Azure VPN gateways and ExpressRoute connections.
  • Troubleshoot Azure network connectivity issues.
  • Integrate on-premises network infrastructure with Azure cloud services.
  • Configure and manage firewalls (CISCO ASA, Palo Alto) to secure network perimeters.
  • Implement and maintain firewall rules and policies.
  • Monitor firewall logs and identify security threats.
  • Perform regular firewall audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Implement and maintain network security best practices and policies.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain network security documentation.
  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on network performance, security, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of network hardware and software assets.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as Skills and Expertise :
  • Extensive experience in network administration, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN management.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
  • Expert-level knowledge of CISCO routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Proficiency in CISCO IOS and NX-OS.
  • CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with CISCO VOIP systems, including CUCM, Unity Connection, and related technologies.
  • Deep understanding of SIP, H.323, and other VOIP protocols.
  • Experience with VOIP troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience with Azure virtual networks, subnets, NSGs, and VPN gateways.
  • Knowledge of Azure ExpressRoute and hybrid networking.
  • Experience with configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., CISCO ASA, Palo Alto).
  • Knowledge of firewall rules, policies, and security best practices.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8- 12 years of experience as a CISCO Network Administrator, with a focus on VOIP.
  • Relevant CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Azure certifications (AZ-700) is also a plus.
