Field Service Representative III- NW

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support to customers and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Perform chemistry tests, log data, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Support Sales Representatives by executing agreed-upon customer system assurance plans.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment (Install role).
• Execute cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large-scale water disinfection (Hygiene role).
• Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and basic hand / power tools (Hygiene role).
