Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert service and support for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
- Provide technical support to customers and escalate complex challenges as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Perform chemistry tests, log data, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
- Support Sales Representatives by executing agreed-upon customer system assurance plans.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment (Install role).
- Execute cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large-scale water disinfection (Hygiene role).
- Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and basic hand / power tools (Hygiene role).
