Treasury Mid Office

Qualification :

CA / MBA-Finance / CFA / CWA / FRM / M.COM Accounts and Finance

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market-linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc.
• Responsible for liaising with institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, NBFCs, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc.
• Fair understanding of legal documentation and liaising with lenders' legal counsel, in-house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies, and other intermediaries.
• Fair understanding of financial modelling including bank CMAs, able to build and interpret financial models and cash flows.
• Initiating and monitoring deals from scratch till closure of transactions.
• Negotiating and pricing the debt program to meet organizational goals of borrowing at the best possible rates.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting covenants; calculation and reconciliation of interest payable; preparation of replies to queries / observations of lenders.
• Fair understanding of periodic compliances (Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-annual / Annual) of lenders.
