Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive the sales and marketing of Quicklime / Hydrated Lime across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring sustained growth in the industrial and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Quicklime sales across regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in sectors such as steel, paper, chemical, sugar, and construction industries.
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer needs.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams for timely order fulfilment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate in Science / Engineering / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Quicklime.
Proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
