Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Cross-Sales : Identify opportunities to cross-sell life insurance products to existing customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on life insurance products and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive cross-sales growth and customer retention.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market feedback.
Requirements and Skills :
Experience : Proven experience in life insurance sales, preferably in a field or relationship management role.Communication Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Product Knowledge : Strong understanding of life insurance products and markets.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify cross-selling opportunities.Time Management : Effective time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets and customer expectations.Salary and Benefits :
