Our team of 130+ professionals is based in Ahmedabad, and we are looking for a passionate fresher to join our HR team.Your Role : This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to launch their career in HR. You will be an integral part of our team, learning the end-to-end recruitment process in a real-world, fast-paced environment. You will get hands-on experience in finding the next great talent for our company.Key Responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : from sourcing candidates to making the offer.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and other creative methods.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.Post and manage job descriptions on various job portals and social media.Keep our candidate database (ATS) organized and up-to-date.Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) : Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.A people-person with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Eagerness to learn the intricacies of the recruitment process.Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel).Any prior internship experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical) will be a significant advantage.
