Exciting opportunity for an Analyst Developer to join a fast-growing technology-driven firm in Bangalore. You will be contributing to the development and maintenance of scalable Appian applications while supporting process improvements and solution optimization.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

1. Assisting in the development and optimization of Appian applications

2. Supporting enhancement of existing workflows and process automation

3. Collaborating with senior developers and business teams to deliver user-friendly solutions

4. Contributing to documentation, deployment checklists, and quality reviews

Requirements :

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

2. 2-3 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in Appian development

3. Basic knowledge of SAIL, expression rules, interfaces, and workflows in Appian

4. Familiar with REST APIs, Java, Python, or SQL

5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
