Salesforce Solution Architect - Sales & Service Cloud

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

This role will partner with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to ensure scalable, high-quality, and secure solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

• Lead the design of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom apps.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed architectural blueprints.
• Define data models, security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and system architecture.
• Create architecture documents : ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration designs, and API specs.
