We are currently hiring for one of our esteemed clients who are transforming urban logistics across India. They are building technology to power

thousands of riders and delivery partners , combining AI, orchestration systems, and real-time logistics to scale from

pilot → national rollout .

SDE1 (Backend Engineer)

1.5 to 3 years experience

SDE2 (Backend Engineer)

3 to 5 years experience

Tech Lead / Founding Engineer

5 to 8 years experience

All positions are

hands-on backend roles , primarily focused on

Golang development , with

Python knowledge as a bonus .

Key Responsibilities :

SDE1 / SDE2

Develop backend services using

Golang

(Python a plus).

Build and maintain scalable microservices and APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature design and implementation.

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.

Contribute to DevOps tasks : CI / CD pipelines, Docker, AWS deployment.

Tech Lead / Founding Engineer

Candidate should be a hands-on engineer who will

design, build, and scale

core systems from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founders and CPTO to make foundational architecture decisions that shape the future of urban logistics in India.

This isn’t a “developer-only” role. You’ll be a

co-creator of the platform , influencing both technology and culture.

Lead design and development of core systems — Orchestrators, routing engines, AI-integrated APIs.

Drive architectural decisions and define best practices.

Mentor SDE1 / SDE2 engineers and foster a strong engineering culture.

Work with AWS (ECS, RDS, Redis, Terraform) and ensure reliability at scale.

Take end-to-end ownership of

product fulfillment systems

for high-volume logistics.

Experience in

high-volume logistics companies

is

mandatory .

Translate product and operational requirements into

scalable backend solutions .

What We’re Looking For

For all roles

Strong proficiency in

Golang

(Python is good to have).

Experience with

microservices, API design, and backend system development .

Exposure to

AWS stack

— EC2, RDS / Postgres, Redis, ECS / Fargate, VPC.

Familiarity with

DevOps tools

— Docker, Terraform, CI / CD pipelines.

Additional for Tech Lead

Proven

leadership qualities , mentoring and guiding small teams.

Experience in

product fulfillment and logistics operations

(mandatory).

Experience working in

high-volume companies

(scale from thousands → tens of thousands of operations).

Familiarity with geospatial / routing systems (OSRM, H3, Redis Geo) and real-time systems (Kafka, Pub / Sub, WebSockets) is a plus.
