Job Responsibilities
- Develop the HSE management system with a focus on fostering a strong safety culture within the site.
- Monitor and coordinate all HSE-related activities as a member of the Site Management Team.
- Share incident reports with Factory HR & Administration, Plant Operation Head, and Managing Director.
- Analyze risk assessments related to accidental incidents and pollution control; develop and implement suitable guidelines and protocols for employees.
- Prepare the HSE training calendar for all employees, including contractual workers; conduct case study discussions during training sessions and maintain training records.
- Prepare and publish safety guidelines for products, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Arrange OSH audits and circulate audit reports to HR and Operations Head.
- Organize periodic and annual health checkups in coordination with HR & Administration; submit reports (both soft and hard copies) to site HR & Admin.
- Coordinate with Pollution Control Board and Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health Department; circulate their guidelines to Operation Head and HR & Administration.
- Monitor, review, and implement long-term HSE objectives.
- Possess sound knowledge of Effluent Treatment Process.
