Job Title : Digital Media Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned digital media strategist to join our team. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop data-driven media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build detailed media plans with channel mix, audience logic, flighting, budgets, and forecasted KPIs
- Set up and optimize campaigns using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), enhanced conversions, and browser / server-side tagging where relevant
- Continuously test copy, creative, bidding, and audiences; automate wherever possible via scripts or platform AI features
- Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues, working with developers and third-party tools
Requirements :
6+ years in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency or multi-industry environment managing 6-figure monthly budgetsProven success scaling and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging platformsHands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, and advanced conversion tracking solutionsStrong command of AI and automation tools (e.g., Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, ChatGPT prompt engineering, creative-ad generators) to speed up analysis, copywriting, forecasting, and reportingAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsSolid understanding of media attribution models, incrementally testing, and MMM principlesExcellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fieldWhat You'll Gain :
