We’re looking for an experienced AI / ML & Generative AI Developer who’s passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.Role SummaryAs an AI / ML & Generative AI Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models, LLM applications, and intelligent AI agents. This is a critical role driving innovation at scale, leveraging technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks .✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy AI / ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges.Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex , and RAG pipelines .Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making.Design scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured / unstructured data.Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions.Implement CI / CD pipelines for ML / GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices .Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring.✅ Must-Have Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML & Generative AI development .Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations .Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex , Python, and ML / DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch .Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures .Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI / CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).✅ Preferred SkillsKnowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI , or other agent frameworks.Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Databricks ML tools .Awareness of AI security, responsible AI, and model governance .Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking.Excellent communication — ability to simplify complex AI concepts.Collaborative mindset within agile teams.Growth-driven with a passion for emerging technologies.If this excites you, or if you know someone who fits this profile, we’d love to connect!Apply now / Share your profile : #AIJobs #GenerativeAI #LLM #MachineLearning #DataScience #AzureAI #Databricks #LangChain #Hiring #MLops
