For our Operations team in Kolkata, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Global Head of Engineering.

About job :

• Delivering large CAPEX growth projects globally according to scope, budget, and timeline in a cost-effective manner while meeting EHS, engineering, and local regulatory standards.
• Partnering with regional operations and external engineering resources including those located outside the operating country to execute major projects effectively.
• Coordinating with site E&M teams and external engineering firms to deliver cost-efficient solutions for small and large site-level CAPEX projects.
• Ensuring cost-effective, high-quality engineering solutions across all current and prospective Almatis locations.
• Collaborating with external engineering partners and internal teams to drive consistency and best practices globally.
• Identifying and implementing best practices for similar engineering and operational activities across locations.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating activities, managing project teams, communicating changes, and completing projects on time and within budget.
