Job Description :

The Master Data Management Analyst 3 is responsible for managing governing and improving the quality of the company's critical data elements to support accurate reporting and effective business decision-making.

This role operates with increased independence and complexity serving as a key contributor to data quality initiatives cross-functional collaboration and the resolution of complex data issues across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze monitor and improve the quality and accuracy of master data ensuring it meets business regulatory and operational requirements.

- Collaborate with data owners information systems resources and business partners to optimize data processes and provide input into system and process enhancements that improve data quality and consistency.

- Configure manage and optimize master data management (MDM) match/merge rules to reduce duplication and improve data reliability across systems.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in master data management (MDM) evaluating incoming data integrations and changes to ensure alignment with data standards and integrity requirements.

- Lead the resolution of moderately complex data issues partnering with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

- Contribute to the development refinement and documentation of standards policies processes and standard operating procedures used to execute MDM activities emphasizing quality control validation and adherence to data governance requirements throughout the data lifecycle.

- Provide recommendations for data quality improvements and participate in initiatives focused on long-term optimization of data practices.

- Develop and deliver training or knowledge-sharing sessions to educate others on data policies procedures and best practices.

- Collaborate with the data governance team to support audits validate compliance with data standards and reinforce consistent data practices across the organization.

- Mentor coach train and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or a related field.

- Microsoft Windows and Office proficient.

- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.

- Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.

- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
