Job Description

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with C++ (preferably in CAD software development).
  • Proven experience in a technical management role, overseeing code improvements and software enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading development projects and delivering high-quality software features.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks relevant to the software product (e.g., C++, Python, .Net, CAD programming etc.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully managing development teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
