Job description

We’re looking for a highly skilled hands-on AI / ML Engineer with deep Python expertise, a strong foundation in AI / ML and computer vision, and hands-on experience training and deploying machine learning models into production. You will help build intelligent agents, automate workflows, and visualize 3D data. You’ll work on end-to-end pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and dive deep into debugging and development.

What You’ll Do :

Train and fine-tune AI agents for real-world tasks.
Develop and debug Python-based backend systems.
Create 3D visualizations from structural / engineering data (PyVista / VTK).
Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production pipelines.
Support RFIs and troubleshooting across the full codebase.

What You Need :

3–5+ years of industry experience in AI / ML, computer vision, and software engineering

Advanced Python skills — clean, modular, efficient code is a must. Good debugging experience.

Hands-on AI / ML model training experience.

Knowledge of 3D visualization (PyVista preferred).

Ability to understand full pipelines and work collaboratively.

Persistence, problem-solving mindset, and ownership.

Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
